Recipe - Lamb Rack Roast on Bens Menu
Cooked with Bessemer's 28cm Multipan!
1 x Lamb Rack
1/2 x Onion
1 x Dash of Olive Oil
1. Preheat your pan with medium heat - flick water onto pan, if it sizzles it is ready.
2. Place lamb in pan - it should sizzle.
3. Seal the lamb in the pan.
4. Leave in the pan for roughly 18-25 minutes.
5. Throw vegetables in at the appropriate timings depending on the vegetables.
