Shipping Policy


Items ordered from the Bessemer website will be packed and shipped from our warehouse generally within 3 days of receiving your order. Close to Christmas, and between Christmas and New Year, items may not be packed and shipped for up to 2 weeks after receiving your order as our warehouse closes down for approximately 10 days during that period.

Bessemer uses Australia Post’s e-Parcel Service during normal business hours. All goods must be signed for on delivery. If a signature cannot be obtained on delivery, a card will be left informing you of how to collect your parcel during normal business hours at your local Post Office.

Please ensure you enter the correct delivery address as parcels returned as undeliverable will incur a re-despatch fee equal to the current shipping charges.

Bessemer takes pride in the care we take with packing all of our orders but sometimes unforseen things happen. Notification of faulty, damaged, incorrect or missing products must be received by our Customer Service Department within 48 hours of your parcel being signed for. Should your parcel contain a damaged or faulty item, Bessemer will provide instructions on how to return goods in an appropriate manner. Please refer to Bessemer’s “Refund and Exchange Policy”.
