Refund and Exchange Policy

 

Refunds within 10 days of Delivery

If you are not happy with your purchase you may return the order and ask for a refund within 10 days. The shipping charge will be not be refunded. Returned orders must be in the original packaging and all items unused. Please contact the company during Business Hours on 1300 655 994 for advice on returning your product.

If you purchased our products through a Bessemer Distributor they may be able collect your product for return to the company.

A Bessemer staff member will contact you to arrange a refund. We can process a refund by reimbursing your credit card and will use whichever payment method was used to pay for your order. Refunds cannot be made via third parties or to credit cards which are different to the credit card used originally.

 

Faulty or Damaged Items

Bessemer will replace any item which is received in a damaged or faulty condition as long as these are returned within 10 days of purchase in the original condition and packaging and is accompanied by proof of purchase in the form of a tax invoice or packing slip. Please contact the company during Business Hours on 1300 655 994 for advice on returning your product.

In order to process your return of goods, please be sure to include a note explaining the reason for the return as well as your daytime contact telephone number so that our Customer Service Team are able to contact you. Bessemer will then ship a replacement piece to you at our expense.

 

Guarantee and Warranty Claims

Product that is believed to be of faulty manufacture, and is within the Warranty period, will be subject to an inspection at your local Bessemer office in Sydney, Melbourne or Perth. If the item is found to be of faulty manufacture it will be replaced for an equivalent piece in the current range. If the item is found not to be defective, it will be returned to you at your expense. Please contact the company during Business Hours on 1300 655 994 for advice on returning your product.
