Shipping Policy

Items ordered from the Bessemer website will be packed and shipped from our warehouse generally within 3 days of receiving your order. 

Bessemer uses Australia Post’s e Parcel Service during normal business hours.  All goods must be signed for on delivery.  If a signature cannot be obtained on delivery, a card will be left informing you of how to collect your parcel during normal business hours at your local Post Office.

Please ensure you enter the correct delivery address, as parcels returned as undeliverable will incur a re-despatch fee.

Metro Rate (based on postcode) $16.50 per delivery

Country Rates   $35 per delivery

Northern Territory orders are considered a “country” destination as there is no Bessemer Warehouse in this State.

Bessemer takes pride in the care we take with packing all of our orders but sometimes unforseen things happen.  Notification of faulty, damaged, incorrect or missing products must be received by our Customer Service Department within 48 hours of your parcel being signed for.  Should your parcel contain a damaged or faulty item, Bessemer will provide instructions on how to return goods in an appropriate manner.  Please refer to Bessemer’s “Refund and Exchange Policy.”
