Recipe - Sponge Kisses

This recipe is cooked using Bessemer's Gourmet Griddle & Lid

1 Pkt White Wings Sponge Mix
1 Tub of Cream
Strawberry Jam
Icing Sugar ( for dusting)

Heat Gourmet Griddle and lightly spray with oil. Follow the directions on the box of the sponge mix. Place 1 tablespoon of the mixture into each indentation. Cook on very low heat, lid on and vent open.

Cook for approximately 10 minutes or when the top of the sponge is spongy. Take out and cool on a cake rack. Continue cooking till finished with the mixture. Beat cream till thick. When cooled spread 1 teaspoon of strawberry jam onto one sponge kiss, top with the whipped cream and place another sponge kiss on top. Sprinkle with icing sugar and a strawberry.

Serve immediately and enjoy.
