Recipe - Greek Beef

This recipe is cooked using Bessemer's 5.0ltr Country Kitchen Casserole & Lid  or  6.0ltr Classic Casserole & Lid  and  28cm Steamer

2 Kilos stewing meat    
2 onions    
1/3 cup red wine    
440 grams can of tomato soup    
2 tbs... vinegar    
2 tbs.. brown sugar    
2 tbs.. sultanas    
salt & pepper    
1 ½ cups of water    
garlic powder
vegetables of choice

Place meat in dry saucepan, cook on low heat with lid on for 5 minutes, add onion.  Mix all other ingredients together and add to saucepan.  Cook for 1 1/2 hours on low heat.  Thicken with corn flour and water before serving.
