3 tablespoons olive oil
1 onion chopped
250g lean mince
500g spiral pasta
4 cups water
1 cup frozen peas
2 potatoes diced
425g can chopped tomatoes
2 chicken stock cubes
½ cup white wine
parmesan cheese
fresh basil
½ cup chopped parsleyHeat oil in 37cm deep baking dish base and
saute onions
Add mince and brown well
Add all ingredients, including raw pasta and cover with water
Cook over medium heat until pasta and vegetables are tender
Approximately 20 minutes
Serve hot with a sprinkle of parmesan cheese |
