3 sheets of puff pastry
420gm pie apple
1 teaspoon of cinamon
1 teaspoon sugar
icing sugar
fresh creamUsing Cookie cutter or large cup
Cut 14 circles to fit in gourmet griddle
Place 7 circles in the rounds of the griddle
Mix together the pie apples, sugar and cinamon
Place a tablespoon of apple mixture in each piece of pastry
Cover apples with remaining pastry circles- firm down to close pastry
Cover with lid- cook on medium to low with lid vent open for 8 minutes
or until golden brown
Cool pies on wire rack to keep pastry crisp
When cool sprinkle with icing sugar and add whipped cream on top |
