Greek Beef

Product:  5 Ltr Casserole & Lid or 6 Ltr Casserole
+ Large Steamer Insert.

Ingredients

    2 Kilos stewing meat
    2 onions
    1/3 cup red wine
    440 grams can of Tomato soup
    2 tbs... vinegar
    2 tbs.. Brown Sugar
    2 tbs.. Sultanas
    Salt & Pepper
    1 ½ cups of water
    Garlic Powder

Method

Place meat in dry saucepan, cook on low heat with lid on for 5 minutes, add onion.  Mix all other ingredients together and add to saucepan.  Cook for 11/2 hours on low heat.  Thicken with corn flour and water before serving.
