Pineapple Pies 

PINEAPPLE PIES
Gourmet Griddle

1 small tin crushed pineapple with juice
1 tablespoon cream
2 tablespoons coconut
2 tablespoons sugar
pinch of salt
custard powder to thicken
puff pastry sheets

Place pineapple and juice in saucepan, add cream, sugar and coconut. Bring to simmer and thicken with enough custard powder and water to make a firm mixture. Let the mixture cook before placing in the pastry. Cut pastry sheet to fit Gourmet Griddle. Fill with pineapple mixture. Top with another pastry round and seal. Cook until golden brown, flip over and brown top. Place lid on Gourmet Griddle to cook.
