Bacon & Mushroom Noodle Dish 

BACON & MUSHROOM NOODLE DISH
5 Ltr Casserole & Lid or Wok.

2 Rashes of Bacon, Sliced
2 onions, Diced
300g Mushrooms, Chopped
2 chicken stock cubes
Garlic powder
Salt & Pepper
1 Desert spoon of Sugar
300 ml of Cream
2 Cups of water
375 Grams Fine Spiral Noodles ( 3 colors )

Fry bacon and onions, then add mushrooms, chicken stock cubes, garlic powder, salt, pepper and sugar. Add water, cream and noodles and simmer for 20 - 35 minutes, stirring
