APPLE UPSIDE DOWN CAKE

Melt butter and add brown sugar. Cook until looks like caramel. Turn down heat to low. Place the apple in a pan. Mix cake mix as directed on packet using apple juice for liquid. Pour gently over the ring. Cook for about 17 - 20 minutes.

OTHER FRUIT MAY BE USED AS INGREDIENTS
Apples, Apricots, Plums, Cherries, If using fruit juice, thicken with corn flour - use as sauce.
