ZUCCHINI SLICE
Bessemer 32 cm Deep Frypan & Lid

1 ½ cups S/R flour
3 medium Zucchini
5 large eggs
½ cup bacon chopped small
½ cup shallots chopped fine
½ cup parsley chopped fine
2 tablespoons of oil
1 cup grated parmesan cheese
1 cup grated mozzarella cheesePrepare all ingredients
Mix all ingredients in 32 cm deep frypan base
Cover with lid vent closed
Cook on medium heat for 10 minutes
Then open vent and cook on low heat a further 10 minutes
Turn on to a platter
Slide back into frypan to brown other side
Serve warm or cold
